1st Gear Driving, Inc. is a NH certified driving school, licensed by the Department of Safety in February 2006. It is a trustworthy and reliable company. We are a family run business with a team of fully certified driving instructors and two 5-star safety rated vehicles. We have an excellent reputation here in Amherst and all throughout the entire Southern New Hampshire area.
At 1st Gear, we strive to be flexible and professional while meeting your family's individual driving needs. Our classroom is centrally located in Amherst, NH. Classes are held on afternoons, evenings or weekends, whichever is most convenient for you. Students can easily register online for the driving class that best suits them. They may also sign up for driving hours online (once class has started) and receive text or email reminders for their driving schedule.
